1. RDP into svrcyhbp-01.cyh.local
  2. login as cyh\cyhnetadmin
  3. Go to https://bpsoftware.net/resources/bp-premier-downloads/ 
  4. download the incremental update (usually at the bottom of the page) 
  5. Take a backup using Veeam
    1. Quick incremental - Srcyp07 -In Veeam -Inventory -virtual infrastructure -vcenter servers - cypcnsvcs01.vsphere- select the SVRCYHBP01 server. Right click and choose 'Quick Backup'. This process takes about 10 mins.
  6. May possibly have to copy the file from your local machine to the remote desktop, then execute the upgrade from the location it was copied to.  Run installation from the desktop or any other folder as desired.   (I tend to leave the file in-place so I know if the update has been downloaded previously, look for the (1) at the end of the file name to identify if the update has previously been installed - Glenn).
  7. Finished.

  1. After performing a Best Practice Drug Data Update, it is recommended that third-party integration “BPAC Clinical Solutions” (GP Smart Referrals) is deactivated then reactivated by following the below steps in Best Practice:
    1. Setup
    2. Configuration
    3. Database
    4. Setup third-party integrations
    5. Unselect “BPAC Clinical Solutions”
    6. Save
    7. Re-select “BPAC Clinical Solutions”
    8. Save
