  1. login svrbama07
  2. add user to ad
  3. Start-ADSyncSyncCycle delta
  4. open Entra portal go to groups > All Groups
  5. Search for the appropiate group (either grp_Assign_Microsoft_365_Business_Basic_Licence or grp_Assign_Microsoft_365_Business_Premium_Licence depending on the licence type) open the appropiate group.
  6. Open "Members"
  7. Click + Add Members. search for member and add them.
  8. Open "Exchange Groups" and Add user to appropriate Distribution groups under "Distribution List"
