If Truspak is put in to read only mode (usually by accident) then do the following. If it is not in read-only mode then please skip these first 7 steps.
1) Exit completely out of Trustpak, making sure there is no minimized version on your toolbar still open.
2) Click the "Trustpak Maintenance" Icon and when it shows up click the "General Support" Tab then click the button called "Modify the Trustpak.INI file"
3) A file will open up in NOTEPAD, page down to the bottom until you see the following section
[SubscriptionType]
Workstation=ReadOnly
4) Delete these two lines completely, being careful not to alter or delete anything else
5) Exit out of this file, making sure you SAVE the file on exit.
6) Then Click the Exit button on Trustpak Maintenance
7) Now go into (click) your Trustpak ICON, you will see the Registration screen, simply key in your password ( same as the one you log into the website with) in the field provided and click "I Agree" and it will pick up your registration online that you just paid for.

If Trustpak is not in read only mode please start here..
8) Normally, for some reason, trustpak will amost always never automatically activate, therefore we have to activate the product manually.
9) Explain to Paul Steel (0403 133 659) that for some reason, every year we cannot activate trustpak automatically and we require a manual activation. This is usually due to a communication error between trustpak on svrcyp05 and the trustpak servers.
10) avoid Paul mis-directing the problem, explain that we have to do this every year, we have already ensured that there are no firewall issues, or anything else as we have already exhausted the potential issues that this may have caused.
11) Activate the product manually, paul will ask for details from the screen, ensure that you use upper and lower case when detailing data, as it is important.
12)Paul will usually ask you to exit the app, then start it again, do this to complete the process
13)log in as admin, ensure that data shows after logging in. If data shows, then the activation has been successful.
