-If B2B, PRODA, Medicare Claiming or AIR Fails, first thing to do is to check SVRCYHBP-01 server that the windows time is correct. An issue arises when registering a B2B device in BP when the device first registers but fails when trying to connect with PRODA and Medicare online services. Usually the service will fail with "Token Was not valid" when checking the PRODA logs followed by "Device BPS16417BpPremier was deleted due to too many access attempts with an invalid Token". BE AWARE THAT THIS ISSUE WILL HAPPEN, EVEN IF THE TIME IS OUT BY 5 MINUTES. IT MUST BE ACCURATE WITHIN THE MINUTE OR TWO!!!
