-RDP into remote.bama.net.au or svrbama06.bama.net.au. (check server address in case it has changed we are looking for the bama remote server).
-Identify and open "Cubit Management Console"
- Go to Users
- Click "New"
- Fill details as requested, generally, we use the same syntax as our windows accounts. eg: gbrowne (if the account was for Glenn Browne).
- Remote into users laptop.
- User should have cubit installed already, provide user with login details, test login.
