Issue : when opening links from outlook, you receive this message.

This tends to happen at ngak min.

Solution

Fixed issue by changing registry key...

Do not run regedit as admin, must be run from the user level.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes

Adding "MSEdgeHTM" to the default item in .htm and .html

As opposed to changing it to "htmlfile"
