Login to proda using mattys login.
Go to "Organisations"
Click on "Cape York Health PTY LTD"
Expand "Members"
Identify appropiate user (Normally Practice GM)
Expand "Attribute Delegations"
Click on "Delegate to this member"
Select "HPOS-MyMedicare-Program-Staff" Click "delegate".
Repeat previous step but this time add attribute "HPOS-Access"
Ask user to check if the medicare tile exists within their hpos, you will get a good idea if its working as you will now have to select Ngak min health when going into HPOS services.
